Day 1: HA NOI - MAI HICH (--/L/D)

8:00 Our car and guide will come and pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi. Set off for Mai Hich, Mai Chau, Hoa Binh. 

  • Experience the rural charm of ancient Doai land, with its local markets along the way… 
  • Stop at the peak of Thung Khe pass to marvel at the splendid views of the Northwest mountains and forests.

11:00 Reach to Mai Hich and receive a warm welcome from village women in traditional outfits with refreshing water and cold towels at Homestay Minh Tho.

  • Enjoy a tasty lunch with regional delicacies cooked at the homestay.

Afternoon Activities:

  • Stroll or bike along the stream amid corn fields, rice fields, and bamboo forests, blending in with the simple rural life and the scenes of farmers’ daily work.
  • Glide on the Xia stream on a bamboo raft.
  • Bike around the village to the natural waterfall for a swim and some photos or have some fun with team building at the homestay stadium 200 meters away.

6:30 Dinner with a touch of national culture in the music and dance of Thai boys and girls. You will get to join hands and mingle with the farmer performers in the dance of the bamboo poles, dance around the bonfire, and savor the warmth of human connection with sticky rice wine.

Overnight at a homestay group of stilt houses.

Day 2: MAI HICH - HA NOI (B/–/–)

Enjoy the fresh air and the pure dawn of the Northwest mountains and forests. 

Breakfast buffet in Thai countryside market style. 

Pack your bags and bid farewell to Mai Hich Community Tourism Cultural Village and head back to Hanoi. 

End trip.
